Welcome Devs,

As some of you are aware we have recently released the Manybots
platform onto Github as an open source project allowing you to create
connections from your computer at home, completely removing the online
platform from the data flow. Using Rails Engines you can now create
basic connectors within a couple of hours.

Check out the repository here. (you will need a Mac or Linux to get
started)

If you don't have Ruby on Rails make sure you are using RVM to install
any Ruby related stuff... (look for guides elsewhere specific to your
setup or ask this mailing list for help as there is likely to be
someone with the same setup)

We created these to allow an easier development of connections to the
parts of your lives that are most important to you.

If you want to discuss or ask about anything to do with the local or
online platforms, programming an app, finding funding to take your app
from prototype to a launched public app in the online ecosystem,
please post here.

If you want to make suggestions for apps that others can build please
