Hi,

Do you have any plans to setup a build server for the various versions
of Manos? It would be really helpful for a quick start to have Linux,
Mac OS and Windows builds of the latest version. I think it would also
increase the number of devs interested using this project. Especially
when they work on Windows because compilation is a bit too complex for
a quick start. Not every dev on windows has also the C++ bits
installed.

Regards,
Jörg

I don't think we'll have one in the immediate future. I have started
to setup a continuous integration server for testing but I think a
build server would be getting a little ahead of ourselves.

What we really need to do right now is fix manos on windows and then
work on simplifying the build a bit. And move to a frequent release
cycle.

Maybe in the future when its a little more mainstream we can add a build server.

Thanks,
Jackson

That would be great.

You do realize that right now Windows builds don't work, right?  We're working on fixing windows support but its probably a week or so off.

i will be giving this another whirl once you get the Windows story sorted :)

i remember looking at the issue with windows before. If you have a nice solution please explain if possible.

Manos with RavenDB will be interesting as it can bundle it tightly. That what i am doing to play around with anyway.
