I just renamed manos.exe to manostool.exe. In theory this should
effect you at all, since the manos script will just invoke
manostool.exe and you won't even notice.

** You might want to manually delete manos.exe from your
<prefix>/lib/manos directory and your manos/build directory, just for
the sake of cleanliness **.

The reason I did this is because windows considers Manos.dll and
manos.exe to be the same assembly name and it has trouble linking
during build. This should make it easier to build manos on windows
and shouldn't change anything on Linux or OS X.

I pushed the extra #ifdefs needed to build on windows. You still need
to manually download libev and put it in the proper directory so it
can build.

I think I'll just add libev and libeio to the repo, to make things a
little easier. I might need a little help from someone who knows VS
to add them to the build though.
