Is there any plans for supporting the OWIN spec that is currently
being discussed over at http://groups.google.com/group/net-http-abstractions?

I'm not sure if Manos is a great fit for OWIN, since the evented IO
wouldn't be available on different implementations.

It is possible that I could pull some things like routing out of Manos
and let people run those on different OWIN hosts. I'm not sure what
advantageous this offers, Manos has a lot of synergy between the
hosting implementation and the higher level API.

I'm not totally against it, I'm just not sure its a great fit for
Manos. I'll reevaluate once things are a little more stable in Manos
and OWIN.

i liked the idea of manos just being an exe, with everything inside.

Manos IS the web server.

It will be very interesting what possibilities this approach yields, as i have never seen it done this way but it makes a huge amount of sense.

Not against the OWIN effort at all BTW.
