Green Grass Meats Will bring to the market this summer; Grass Fed Rib eye, filets, beef jerky, ground beef, tongue, heart, and liver.

Late Bloom America (LBA) by Kristin Kay Creations, follows organic gardening practices with the use of permaculture, and sustainable urban farming methods. Late Bloom America was founded last year by Davin & Kristin Schultz and promotes sustainable living in America. Check out latebloomamerica.org to learn more locally and gain ideas about volunteerism, gardening, homebrewing, urban homestead projects, and adventures. Kristin has studied at the Austin School of Herbal Studies and is available at the market for herbal consultations. She is also a graduate student studying Sustainability at Texas State University and working on two Sustainable-Agriculture Research Projects* this spring and summer.

From the Kitchen: Items are grown and harvested from her garden as well as sourced locally using certified and noncertified organic and natural growing methods. Dried Herbs from her Herb Garden, Jams, Jellies, Salsas, Conserves, and Mustard. Davin's hot sauce will be available this summer!
