Pinn Farm: We will have yellow squash, potatoes and tomatoes
Laverne's Vegetable Patch - This week I will have Squash (both yellow and white), Cucumbers, Peppers - Bell, Sweet Banana, Jalapeno and Anaheim, New Potatoes, Pickled Okra, Homemade Salsa and Country Fresh Eggs.
Gordon's Natural Gardens: Corn! Green Beans, Slicing Tomatoes-Black Crim or Cherokee Purple, Grape and Cherry tomatoes. In onions we have Walking, Shallot, Vidalia, 1015 or Red Candy. A little squash. Banana, Big Bertha, jalapeno & grillin peppers and some baby Swiss Chard.
Alice Ray and Granddaughter Phoenix, of Ray Family Farm, will be at market with Bantam Cockerells and Pullets for sale as pairs. I will have pomegranate bushes in pots, and a few dozen fresh farm eggs. Will also have some cut rosemary.
Manor's own Mata tamales made by three generations of the Mata family. Pork, chicken, beef and vegetarian options available. We had the spinach, mushroom and cheese last week and they were great.
Ray the Noodle Man-Texas Wendish Heritage Society noodles. Just eggs, flour and salt like Grandma used to make.
