Benita Mata with her traditional family recipe for homemade tamales.  Many varieties available including vegetarian options.

Ray the Noodle Man will be at the market early only with Texas Heritage Wendish Society Noodles.  Just like your grandma used to make with only flour, eggs and salt.

Gordon's Natural Gardens will have carrots and chard this week.  He pickled the squash he had.  Delicious on a sandwich, as a side dish or in a salad. All his wonderful pickles and jellies for sale too!

Green Grass Meat will be at the Market. Because off the special wholesale customers in Austin we are processing more grass fed animals, but will only be retailing a number of cuts, and selling only at  The Manor Farm's Market and special calls to the office; 512-939-1220

Laverne's Vegetable Patch - this week I'll have Homemade Salsa at $5.00, Country Fresh Eggs at $3.50 a dozen, Rice Krispie Treats at $1.00, Blackberry Jelly and Yellow Squash (first of the season).
