Using ManOpt for ADMM

Has anyone implemented ManOpt for ADMM ? I am trying it for my use case but am not successful.

I'm not sure I understand the question. There is a paper about ADMM on manifolds called MADMM which might be what you have in mind, and they had quite a bit of success numerically: https://arxiv.org/abs/1505.07676. They uses Manopt for their implementation.
