Dear Amazing TEAM,
Recently, I am being shared or told by many of you and groups about your concerns and frustrations of some unwanted activities in your neighborhood and you really need help, support or answer and update from the city.... I have been working on it by invite them to a "Community Forum" over ZOOM and two leaders from the City of Tacoma departments (Solid Waste and Neighborhood & Community Services) are agreed to come and talk at the Community Forum.
Now I would like to invite you and also ask you a favor to invite your neighbors, group to register to this event. Please see information below for more detail, thanks.
WHEN? Wednesday, March 17th, 2021, 6:30pm - 8:00pm
WHERE? OVER ZOOM
Preliminary Agenda:
1. Solid Waste Department "Community Cleanups have been discontinued for 2021 and others"
2. Neighborhood & Community Services "update or report on homeless challenges/issues, Hot Team, shelters, code compliance, and other services"
3. Learn more about 2021 National Night Out.
The purpose of this virtual "Community Forum" is to Share, to Listen, to Update, to Improve collaboration, and to Gain more Support for neighborhood groups' NEED!
Please join us to bump up the efforts for our most important goal of increasing safe and healthy neighborhoods. Safe neighborhoods provide opportunities to be active and motivated people to make healthy choices. Together We Thrive!
