I propose a ride starting at my place 129, Burdett St. Wahroonga at
9.30 and riding to Brooklyn and back. We could stop at Pie in the Sky
and lunch at JJ's at Brooklyn, back here for a spa and afternoon tea.
Hope this meets with everyone's approval. Liz

Many thanks, Gil, for a top day today. I nearly didn't come (because
of the rain) but couldn't handle Frank calling me a "whimp" again and
I am so glad I did!

Louisa, some more info for you for Thurs. The garage to meet is
Caltex which is on the corner of the Pacific Highway and Parklands, it
is almost opposite Mt Colah Station and 2.1 km from Asquith Station.
Mt Colah would be better for you too, John. The rest of us are riding
from my place which is about 5 km away so we should be at the garage
about 9.50 am.

See you all then. Let's hope for some good weather. Liz

John, I believe that last time you parked at Mt Colah Station, where parking is easier, rather than Asquith Station. Cheers, Frank

Hi Liz, was just about to contact you - is pouring here too (Narrabeen) and absolutely bucketing down all night.  What a shame, was looking forward to it, but a wise decision.
Catch up soon.

Hi Liz, Was about to call you when I saw your email. Raining all night here too. Is next Thursday OK to re-schedule the ride? - Looking forward to Mudgee in a couple of weeks.
Re Spice Roads ride - I think Elspeth's insistence that she wants to do the 3 countries ride will put off those who did Cambodia this year since I've had no positive responses so far. JohnT

Hi Liz,
It was a good call to cancel.  The weather here was, and still is, most unpromising.  Looking forward to trying it again in the near future.
