Leave Waverton at 7.13 or Victoria Cross 7.23.

At Hornsby , both of these choices meet the 7.58 to Broadmeadow on #5.

Arrives 9.55. Then via Fernleigh Rail Trail to Redhead beach, coffee, then to the lake for lunch at Hippo. Then to Fass for return train.
