As Manju means beautiful in Sanskrit, I though first of some kind of
womans face or a mask of a womans face. That ended at the sketch phase.
Another idea involved a eye, the observer of beauty. This also ended at
the sketch phase.
I then came to think of the Lotus, the national flower of India and went
further on that path. I played a bit with the leafs of the flower and
it's semi transparent appearance.
I also chose a rather streamlined, but attractive font called Radis Sans
that I found on openfontlibrary.org to accomplish it.

Great, I like that a lot. Will put it up if you consider it ready.
Do you have any alterations mind for a 48x48 pixel or favicon.ico
sized version?
