Contractor for White Washing - Basic

Hello Owners,

I was renewing my house rent lease and wanted to get a basic white washing coat done, before the new tenants move into the house.

I checked with one of the Manjeera on-site managers, he quoted me a rate of 16,000 for 3 BHK flat, which I feel is a bit pricy

Has anybody got a basic coat done in recent past and has good experience with any contractor?
