Hey All! Please spread this invitation widely.

If you've got an idea for a micro-workshop or a skill to share, let us know.

Kindly RSVP if you are planning on attending to hoopn...@gmail.com so we can plan for food.

Come on out to the Harvest Moon Society Annual Spring Fling and Work Bee! It's going to be a fun weekend with many workshops and tasks. Want to help make a pond? We can arrange that! Don't know how to build a swale or a chicken moat?! Come and learn!

The weekend's festivities and workshops will include live music, a pig roast, permaculture education, greenhouse placement and general know-how, pond building and finishing, prairie restoration, chicken moat building, swale digging, forest gardening, tree planting, and bird house placement. There may also be the chance to contribute to a mural in the greenhouse at the Harvest Moon Learning Centre.

The event is free, but we'll be asking for a $10 donation towards food for Saturday and Sunday.

Anyone of any age, ability or skill level is welcome! Spread the word.

The schedule is as follows:

Late afternoon: Pig slaughter and preparation.
Evening: Informal meeting and check-in. Campfire, drinks, music.
