I’ve recently watched a Rural Organizing Zoom presentation on Rural Communities and ICE agreements where ICE comes in and convinces the Sheriff to sign an agreement with them and then the deputies are authorized to perform immigration duties and the deputies start getting paid by ICE!!

Several rural communities on the East side of Michigan have already signed up.  They showed a map where many ICE 287 agreements have been signed on the East and S. East side of MI.

This is dangerous, and they are now really pushing these agreements in Michigan.
