We all know this is the most critical election we have faced in our lifetime and I'm asking for your help. The good news is, you don't have to do anything!
We need to have a visual presence to get our candidate's names in front of voters, and that means signs! There are areas where we are short of locations for large signs to be placed on posts. If you have frontage on a major highway or thoroughfare in Manistee County I'd like to put signs there for about two months before the election. Businesses, homes, farms, and open fields are all great locations. Following are the locations that need to be filled along with frontage requirements.
If you have frontage or know a business or individual that will allow us to use theirs, please contact me by return mail or text to the number below with your name and details.
Sign installation will begin around mid to end of August and will be picked up the day after the general election. Likely candidate signs will include Biden, Slotkin, K.P. Pelleran-Mahoney, and possibly others. If you've already been contacted and responded, thank you for your help and generosity.

US-31 North from M-55 to Glover's Lake Road.
US-31 South from M-55 to County Line Rd. Manistee city, and Grant Hwy preferred.

Northwood Hwy. from Onekama to Arcadia
Orchard Hwy between Jebavy Rd and Crescent Beach Rd.
M-55 from US-31 to Wellston
Coates Hwy between US-31 and Brethren
13 Mile Road between US-31 and Healy Lake Rd.
Suggest a location if you have one you feel would be good.
Highway frontage should have a clear traffic view in at least two directions and open from the white line at least 30 ft back from the road. We can usually deal with hills and drainage ditches but the flatter the better. We'll cut weeds if necessary. Curbed roads like US-31 in the city should have a clear view to traffic in at least two directions and open from the curb or sidewalk to at least 12 feet back from the curb.
