The Manistee County Democratic Party will feature several speakers on topics including grassroots community organizing and the role of precinct delegates at its April informational meeting.

This free event, which is open to the public, will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 16, at West Shore Community College in downtown Manistee.
