The Manistee County Democratic Party has signed a contract to erect two billboards supporting Democratic Party voters and candidates on US31 visible northbound and southbound in Manistee from the end of June through the November election.
We would like to solicit your input on the design of our message. We want it to be short, simple, and impactful. Here is an example that our friends in Wexford County will be using:

Listen in on the monthly meeting of the Michigan Democratic Party Second Congressional District Committee. You will hear updates from Democrats running for US Congress, State Senate, and State Representative in this district that encompasses 20 mostly

Sunday, February 15 at 4pm at the Outsider Restaurant on River Street in downtown Manistee you will have the opportunity to learn more about the volunteer opportunities the Manistee County Democratic Party has to offer. This will be like a speed dating
event with each committee chairperson at a table ready to answer your questions and tell you how you can pitch in and help us do good work during the 2026 election cycle. Bring the kids! They can play the free pinball games while the adults visit with the
MCDP leaders.

on River Street in downtown Manistee the MCDP will be holding our 2026 Convention where we will elect an alternate member to the State Convention Credentials Committee and review and approve resolutions submitted by members. We will also hold a straw poll
to determine the preferred candidates for Michigan Attorney General and Secretary of State that will be voted on and selected at the Michigan Democratic Party State Endorsement Convention to be held in Detroit on Sunday April 19, 2026.
