Is anyone able to attend this on April 22nd? I have a pre-conference meeting during the divisional which was planned a year ago, so I am not able to attend. We need to have at least one person there.

Subject: Spring Divisional

Not sure if you received notification that the Spring Divisional for 20, 21 & 22 will be a Boyne Moutain Resort on April 22.  It starts at 11:00 AM and runs until 3:00 PM.  It's the official visit of our District Governor.  The cost is $25.00 per person and it's for all club Presidents and Secretary's and anybody else from your club that wishes to attend.   It is also our awards presentation to those clubs that have achieved certain benchmarks for the 2015/2016 year.  Not sure you got anything on email from our District Office.  Spring Divisionals, Division Council Meetings, International Conventions and District Convention participation are normally expected.  Not everyone goes to the International Conventions because of the cost factor.  

Anyway, I think Diana Needum from Kalkaska is coordinating reservations for our Division.  So please contact her.
