This helpline was launched in 2008 by Federation of Obstetrics and
Gynecological Societies of India (FOGSI) with Dr. Alok Vashishtha to
provide HIV PEP related services. We will like to inform you that this
helpline has till now received 1000 conversation calls related to PEP from
all over the world. This helpline was initially launched for India but very
soon it started receiving calls from Asia, Africa and USA making it an
International helpline. This helpline is unique in the way that it not only
advises you about PEP but also help you to get the PEP drugs near your
place if needed. FOGSI had honoured Dr. Alok Vashishtha for his services
through this helpline in 2009 at their National Conference at Jaipur. Very
soon we will be launching another service first of its kind in world
related to care and treatment for People living with HIV.****
