This hotel is, hands down, the best hotel I've stayed in so far, and one I would highly recommend. The hotel/resort, located near the bay, looks great: it has the appearance of a posh resort with some Balinese temple feel to it. Also, considering the property is around 20 years old, it has been very well maintained by its staff (it still looks quite new).
In addition to this, the hotel personnel are very friendly, and IHG employees booking into the hotel are treated like royalty. In fact, I was informed of additional benefits as an IHG employee, such as various discounts and free use of some spa facilities. I also loved the fact that they hold evening socials once a week with select guests as a way for these guests to get to know them, and also to find out more about guest concerns and views about the hotel.
