Mangum Track Club T-Shirt Overlooking Kabul

Dear Mangum Track Club Members,

I'm sure I'm not the first member to post a picture from Afghanistan;
however this was a really cool run, climb and scramble. These photos were
taken from the north mountain in Rish Khvor (old Soviet Spetsnaz base).
Highest point was 6943'; views were breathtaking! The city in the
photographs is Kabul. The smog was minimal today, so we were able to see
the King's and Queen's palaces.

I've also included the vertical profile from my Garmin Foretrex.
