Hi team,

Mangum Street runs roughly north/south (not quite, but close) and both buildings are parallel to Mangum St, so there is not a "South Building" or a "North Building" in our property.

Can someone update Cedar's site map or nomenclature? Traditionally we have used "Front Building" for the 3-story green building that is directly on Mangum St, and "Back Building" for the white townhouses building that faces onto the courtyard.

I assume​ that this email is about the front building but I honestly can't be sure.

Dear Owners, 

Today between the hours of 11 AM- 3 PM a plumbing vendor will be completing a necessary replacement to a shut-off valve in a unit located in the South building. When the vendor shuts off the water to the South building there could be a time when audible fire protection devices could activate as a result of the drop in water pressure, while this is not likely we wanted to inform you in advance. The vendor will work diligently to complete the repairs and anticipates that it will be no longer than 1 hour.

This is isolated to the South building and should not affect anyone in the North building.
