Front Door Issue

All,

The door on our Mangum St entrance on the front building is not closing on its own (see video). Please be sure to close it behind you as you come and go as there have been multiple reported thefts of packages and belongings of our neighbors at 515 Mangum. 

In the meantime, I’ll work with Cedar Management to resolve the issue and get the door back in working issue.

I have the same issue on the door to 405/406. Doesn’t latch when it’s hot.

Same on 401/402. Becomes hard to open around 5 when the sun has been on it.
