Dear Mangum 506 Homeowners and Business Owners,

There will be an interruption in the water services on Wednesday, February 26th from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM. Plumbers will work on a water main line to a unit in the front building (Facing Mangum St).

We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

Sincerely,

Cedar Management Group on behalf of Mangum 506 Condominium Association

Thanks, Jimmy

One question — a number of years ago, many of us had unit-level master cutoffs installed (because they weren’t designed into the building originally).

Do the units driving these whole-building outages not have master cutoffs, and if not, are they having them installed as part of this work?

Thanks,

Ross

Ross,

Thanks for the historical context of the front building plumbing.

I know a previous outage in the front building was to install a unit-level cutoff valve but I am not sure that is the case of this repair. I’ve asked Armando to see if installation of a valve is part of the repair. It’s wild the original build didn’t have them installed!
