The second phase of the exterior repairs which will included wood replacement and exploration to the front of the building will continue this week beginning on Thursday, November 21, 2024. CTI Property Services will make every attempt not to disturb in excess the homeowner's daily routines and that of the day-to-day operations of the commercial shops. The work hours for the project are from 8:30- 5:30 PM.
At this time we are not aware of the exact duration of this project and will coordinate updates between the board of directors and CTI as they are found.
