outdoor faucet behind back building, in trash area

Hi folks,

If someone has been turning on the faucet near the trash area when it gets cold, in an attempt to keep the pipes from freezing: Those faucets are designed with the valve well inside the wall, and they drain out when closed, so they shouldn’t freeze, and it’s not necessary to leave them running to prevent that.
