I have heard from our neighbor Kristine, who owns EverLou Coffee on the ground floor, that in addition to the disruption to her business, she had also not received the previous email about the supposed shutoff last week. 

Armando, do those emails go to all residents/tenants, or just to unit owners? At this point I believe we are over 50% renters here.
