Manent 0.10.16 has been released

Version 0.10.16 has been released.

This is a minor bugfix version. New in this version:

- Fixed error handling problems, now if something goes wrong, Manent
won't die with a cryptic error message, but will either print a more
meaningful diagnostic, or recover and continue.
- Fixed printing information on an increment, i.e., "Manent info
<backup> increments" and "Manent info <backup> "fs"
