Manent 0.10.17 has been released

This is a celebratory release! My laptop has started showing signs of
a dying harddisk. In the process of replacing the disk, I decided that
it's time for trying a completely fresh Manent restore. To make long
story short, it needed some fixes, but the restore went through fine.

I have also identified several optimization opportunities, so expect
~5x speedup of connecting to a storage containing data, and others.

So, Manent is not my only backup solution, and (not surprisingly; I
had to be sufficiently paranoid to write it in the first place) won't
be in the near future, but as of now, it can.
