All,

If anyone is wondering, the Mandala works much better in Windows 7
than it did in XP (never tried it on Vista). The driver installs
correctly and identifies the device by it's serial like it does on a
Mac. The Virtual Brain is much more responsive (I was down to 2.0ms
latency with a Presonus FP-10 without issue).

Yeap, 
I'm testing Windows 7 too and everything runs much faster than on Vista. My config:
Intel T4200, 3Gb ram + M-Audio Mobile-Pre...
But i think latency is still the same (128 I/O vector and signal buffer) and 128 . How can I improve that?

if your mobilepre driver doesn't let you go any lower than 128 you
could use asio4all as a driver for your mobilepre and set the buffer
as low as possible. just choose the mobilepre outputs in the asio4all
control panel.
