Spring Student Art Show
Exhibit Opening & Artist Reception
Friday, May 14 — 6-8pm
Manchester District Library hosts the opening of the 2010 Manchester High School Student Art Exhibit on Friday, May 14, from 6-8pm. The Exhibit features work by area student artists under the direction of MHS art teacher Angelina Griffin.
The Opening will be held at the library at 912 City Rd. Live music will be performed by high school band ensembles.
This year’s refreshments will be provided by the Friends of the Library. In support of the environment, the Friends have purchased compostable plates, cups, and utensils for the event. Instead of being thrown into a landfill, party waste will be composted.
Students work will remain on display through May 28.
This event is free and open to the public. For more information, call 428-8045. Parking is available both in the front and rear of the building.
