Saturday only! Medieval Faire Sat. Aug. 27, 12-6pm Carr Park, Manchester MI Learn more about the Middle Ages as you enjoy demonstrations by craftspeople and swordsmen! Speak to royalty, learn more about medieval every day life, and enjoy a trip back in time. Free and open to the public at Carr Park. With appearances by medieval re-enactors from the Barony of Cynnabar and the Shire of Talonvale of the Society of Creative Anachronism. Special appearances by fighters from The Ann Arbor Sword Club. Enjoy demonstrations of pottery, basket weaving, herbal lore, falconry, tapestry, and fortune telling by local craftspeople. Participate in crafts and activities for kids, teens and adults.
