Water World: Water = Life Water is essential for all life, but different organisms use it differently. Some things have adapted to living in it. Some (like us) use it in our cells. Explore the ways water affects life on Earth.

Documentary Film
Salt: A Documentary
The library presents a documentary about Australian photographer Murray Fredericks and his annual 5-week solo pilgrimage to the salt flats of Lake Eyre to photograph the sky. His work results in phenomenal time-lapse videos and images of the sun, stars, clouds, and moon moving across the heavens, while the journeys he takes to capture these images shape his life.

Genealogy Lock-In
A special session for anyone who's working on their family history. Bring all your notes, records and materials. The library will provide a laptop lab, access to genealogical resources on-line and in-house, and a couple of family history experts to help coach you through the hard spots.
