Arrows in page titles

Recently I created some drop downs for pages to other pages. Easy. But when I've showed people my website meetgeorgeriley.wordpres.com they couldn't tell that you had to hover the cursor over them to see the other pages.

So I would like to know how I could put a downwards arrow to show that you should hover your cursor, in title pages.
