Hi, I've attended a couple of the Manchester Wordpress Groups and just recently signed up to this Google Group. I've learned some useful things already and it looks like there's some nuggets in the posts on here...
By the way a funny thing happened about a week after my first MWUG meetup: My site crashed/got hacked - The whole site locked up. ha ha ha
My hosting company (one of the big mack-daddy's) provided crap support, so I took the advice of someone at MWUG and signed up with Manchester based 34Sp.

Wow what a difference! Exceptional support. My site now runs faster too.
