Hi All,

It would be great if we could agree a regular day/time to meet. I'm afraid I can't do Tuesdays so if the consensus is Tuesday's I won't be able to come most weeks. Is the best method to determine this via a poll such as doodle.com?

I'm not sure whether there are enough of us to justify a poll and I
don't know how to set one up anyway, but I'd prefer not Wednesday or
Friday, so how about Monday?

I can't do Monday at 17.00 because of Man-UP.

So if we want to do 17.00 what about Thursday?

Alternatively we could go for a 'lunchtime' slot... but I'm not sure we have a universal lunchtime.

Since no one else has said anything, I'll add that Thrusday at 17:00 is
okay with me.

Thursday is good for me too.

Does this mean no meeting tomorrow?

Thursday at 5 is good for me too; I think this is the point where I
become a little more authoritarian than I'd like and say that I'll ask
ACSO to reserve us a room at that time, unless anybody challenges me
before I get around to it.

I suppose this does mean no meeting Tomorrow, Yegor, although I could
certainly come to the CDT office and disturb everyone therein at that
time :)

Oops, I've just realised that I didn't pop my head out of the door at five.

I was there at 5.10 anyway, so your neck would have got tired. I
"sniped" through all acessible windows, but I only saw Karl.

Ah, sorry. If you're still around now, feel free to pop down. Yegor
isn't here and I'm pretty tired, but don't let that deter you!
