Hi,

Just thought I'd give a general update on where we are up to, in particular pico stuff.

Finally after much wrangling and missing pins, the LoRa boards are working. We have successfully tested end to end from GPS signal to LoRa and RTTY being received. We still a few more tests to go, which will be performance and range testing. More details here: https://manchesterspaceprogramme.org/wiki/doku.php?id=pico:mission_1

The rocket is ready but I think we are just waiting to see how we can send enough power through the mission control box to actually light the fuse. Maybe Mark will have to lug that car battery. From a technical standpoint we want to test sending data from the LoRa board as fast as possible, while on the rocket.

Also we should have clearance for balloon launches next month, here will be sending up an existing payload and testing the new boards, hopefully with solar. Then from there we will be flying those solo on a foil balloon.
