LoRa / Pico update

This for everyone else who wasn't here last week or if you weren't listening.

So far:

• We had one board working, mine seemed to be shorting somewhere
• I was setting up the RPi to receive data but obviously needed a transmitter to test with
• No GPS chip has been installed yet (this will be done once the radio is confirmed to work)
• Radio antenna and lipo battery has been installed

In the meeting:

• Got my board working, Yeah!!!
• Struggled to get the RPi to receive any data
• Confirmed that the board was transmitting something using the SDR dongle
