MSP Launch Day 24th September 2017 POSTPONED

At the MSP Meeting this evening, it was felt that the predicted flight path of the balloon carrying the Piconaut, HAB and Tardigrade experiments would travel too close to Manchester Airport Airspace and that the Civil Aviation Authority would not give us permission on the day to launch.  We therefore  decided to postpone the launch for one week.

The new launch date, subject to the right weather conditions and predicted flight path, will be Sunday 1st October at the Macclesfield launch site.

We will also be undertaking a small rocketry experiment nearby..
