I've ordered some LoRa boards and GPS breakout boards.

2 of each should be enough for us to work on it simultaneously. The only issues I can see is we need to flash the chips as we were doing before (and ran into problems with) but as it's an arduino it should be much easier. The other is some surface mount work will need to be done but not as much as before.

I've now ordered some arduino mini's and a programmer for each.
