I think that's a fair point and I expect that encouraging much more local contributions will be the way we want the Manchester MF to grow.
However, in our first year we'd have been quite a lot thinner without the support of the wider (national) maker community, so I wonder whether it might be nice to encourage as much national support for MMFs in their first year to help them attain profile and sustainability?
