Hi all!
Just wondering who else is interested in going to DroidConUK In London
at the end of October. It will focus on Android development and I
think it will go from basic to advanced topics, however most of talk
so far I'd class as intermediate or above; but I'm sure there will be
some more basic ones as well. The barcamp will have stuff like that as
well.
I'm trying to get my ticket sorted out with the organisers at the
minute however there are early bird tickets now on offer. They are
£150 for the 2 days which I think is a damn good deal really
considering it's the first big Android conference in the UK.
I'll be traveling down from Manchester and staying in a hotel of some
sort over night. If anyone one else in interested in coming reply here
and we'll see if we can get the same train and hotel to make it a nice
ManGTUG social trip out.
The speakers announched so far look great and some are the top of the
stack Android developer wise. There is also 2 guys from Google
speaking so you know it's going to be a well supported event.
Hopefully some of you lot can come, would be nice to get a few people
from Manchester together and have a good time in London.
