Promotion

Hi everyone!

I'm looking forward to the next meeting (6th December I believe). I
was wondering if we could come up with a way to get more people coming
along to MANGTUG meeting.

I'm loving what we have so far, however looking around at other GTUGs
and what they get up to it seems we're one of the smallest ones. I saw
at Droidcon that there is a big interest in Google technologies in
general so there must be quite a few people around Manchester who
would be interested in MANGTUG.

Does anyone have any ideas about how we could promote ourselves a bit more?

Just a thought: you can also post events on the GeekUp mailing list which has quite a lot of members.

That's a good idea. I'm about to start filling in the info for our next meetup; I'll look at adding the info to GeekUp too.

Hey all

I'm sure you've probably seen it on Twitter, but tomorrow's meetup has been cancelled. Bad weather, Christmas season (with lots of stuff to do in Real Life) etc has put paid to this time.
