OPPORTUNITY IN BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION CONSULTING  ITSM Consultants:  Experience in IT Operations and IT Infrastructure Management, implementing and managing ITIL-compliant tools like HP Openview, CA Unicenter. Understanding of IT Governance framework including COBIT and ITIL and Certification thereon.   Six Sigma Consultants: Should be trained on DMAIC and be a certified Black belt. Prior experience of training people on DMAIC and knowledge on Minitab will be needed.   CMMI Consultants: Extensive exposure to CMMI processes & exposure in organizations going through CMMI certification will be an added advantage.   Process Analyst: Experience in BPI and BPR. Any particular industry experience like Bank, Insurance, Telecom, Service industry with knowledge of process modeling tools like ARIS / IGrafx is required. GB / BB Six Sigma Certification will be nice to have.   All Roles Require: ·         A minimum education qualification of BE/B. Tech. MBA will be an added advantage. ·         Total experience ranging from 2 to 10 years minimum of 1-year in consulting roles. ·         Willingness to travel short / long term, extensively and at short notice both within India and overseas.
