OPPORTUNITY IN STRATEGY & E-GOVERNANCE CONSULTING
- Solution Architect: You should have experience on
a wide array in the technology space and in-depth knowledge in Java
& .NET technology streams. Experience of defining and implementing
successful architecture in at least 2 projects in the past. Should
engage clients at a technical level. You should be able to bring about
process discipline in the field of architecting.
- Project Manager: You should have extensive
Software Project Management experience. Knowledge of SDLC, Testing
Tools, Financial planning & Budgeting, Monitoring will be needed.
PMI certification will be an added advantage. Strong People management
skills coupled with knowledge of software architecture will be required.
- Strategy Consultant: You will have experience in
strategy articulation and analysis with a sound
understanding of technology. Thinking on the feet and Prior experience
as Executive Assistant or in Business Planning role will be required.
You would have been involved in Primary and Secondary Research as well
as project planning.
- People Process Consultant: Should have worked in HR
function in a reputed company having good knowledge of core HR areas.
Experience in PCMM will be an added advantage. Alternatively, you should
have prior HR consulting experience.
All Roles Require:

A minimum
education qualification of BE/B. Tech. MBA will be an added advantage.

Total
experience ranging from 2
to 10 years minimum of 1-year in consulting roles.
·
Willingness
to travel short / long term, extensively and at short notice both within India and overseas.
