Tomorrow's trip

Hi All,

I went to the transport office today since there is a new driver who wanted to charge us Rs 1500 for 2 days plus parking charges. After much of negotiation it has been settled at Rs1100 for 2 days including parking.
Another thing, we have to let him know the timing for the Sunday trip.

Regarding tomorrow's trip, the spreadsheet which is uploaded doesn't have the date column and the pricing which is mentioned is the same as the last trips. Are we going with the last week's pricing or are we going to have a new one.

I think we should keep the same pricing!!

 

As far as timing is concerned, PGP 1s have Man Games till 4:30 pm tomorrow!! Sunday timing I guess can be kept early!!

 

And we should also mention that we'll negotiate with clubs if someone has interviews!!

guys please keep the thread active as we have received just 5 entries till now.

Also Rais was saying that he can come come again along with few others if we include a place called Bhojari Manna, its a bengali place. I suggest we visit this place and let Rais know.

Where is this place and why can't we directly include it if it falls somewhere on the way ?

Visiting and tasting food will increase expenses.

And pooja I think we should float a brand new form to avoid confusion between the previoud one and the new one.

I saw OH posters, they still had the date 9th July 4pm.

How are people supposed to know that we are having another trip ?

@ All: I take the rsponsibility for LVH but others are kindly requested to change the date for the posters from 9th july 4pm to

16th July 5pm   and 17th July 4pm by sticking a small white page over the existing posters.

Please do so at your convenience but asap.

@Joydeep - Could you please send the list of places we will be going to tomorrow. Abhishek would then prepare a menu which we will drop in every room. This would also include the new timings.

As far as Rais' request is concerned, Bhojo Hori Manna is a good place. One of its outlets can come on the way. But then we'll have to tell him that the food costs will go up a lot!!
