Meeting Tonight?

Hi All,

I think we should meet tonight to discuss tomorrow's course of action.

We could not arrange for the Insti Bus for tomorrow, so we will have to make alternative arrangements.

@Joydeep - Do you have the list of places ready?

Even I wont be able to make it but do decide on the time  at which we are leaving tomorrow

Lets call-off the meeting then, since most of us are busy. I propose that we leave around 10.30 am tomorrow. 

I think all of us should not go tomorrow because 

          a) now we dont have a bus and 

          b) I have mid terms on Monday and Tuesday, and I am sure others would be having too, and these people might not be able to                         go when the real trip happens.

What we can do instead is people who can go during the next weekend can take a pass tomorrow.

Please reply who all are going tomorrow and who all are able to go during the next weekend.
