23 slides!! Will you be able to wrap-up in 7 minutes?
We can probably change the picture in last slide.
I am not too sure about including "Why didnt we click?" slide. We can say instead that our idea has sustainability but a longer gestation period and we would be able to make profits with subsequent trips.

Looks good. Might want to add that we went to the authentic eating places.

Also, we can include 2 learnings from our first trip:

1. We planned that at each stop, the customers would be on their own and make their own expenses for eating. But since we went as a group, everyone had ordered together, hence expenses for food were incurred by us and later split up equally. (No profits made)
2. How we changed the itinerary of the tour places based on feedback from the first trip

@Ajay - Its good to be honest, respects are there, but why do you want to say it without being asked? Its like in a sales pitch, towards the end you say that you should not buy our products because.....Please understand that the game is not over yet and at least tomorrow also we have to sell the idea to the prof and 100 other people! I hope I am making sense.

I dont think we need to say that we over estimated market size. We did not!
Based on initial expenses for the bus, we realized we could break even with very low turn out and hence went ahead with it.
Also, feedback from MOST people who came was good ( I had gone for both trips), so wouldnt be fair to say that "we dint Click"
