And why was only Rs. 80 charged ?

It was supposed to be 100 rs.

Dude, we didn't remember this at the time, and the bus driver was being a pain throughout. 

Rs 80 was charged since the bill was already quite high and people started forming groups on the spot, so we thought we would give everyone a discount. Probably not the best decision in hindsight.
